Right click the image
Left Click on Save Image As
Name as Zoom Background and Click Save

In Zoom - Open a meeting
Click on the Up Arrow just to the right of Start/Stop Video
Click Choose Virtual Background
Click the  + on the right side of the box that opens
Click Add Image
Find the  Background Image and Click Save
